Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need, including a meeting link. Then we’ll get to it!

“What’s the difference between a Power Hour and your other services?”
Power Hours are one-off, focused sessions where we tackle something with you. My other services are done-for-you: I do the work behind the scenes and deliver it ready to go. You can mix and match depending on what you need.

“What can we cover in just an hour?”
Surprisingly, a lot. We’ll focus on exactly what you need. You’ll leave with more clarity, practical next steps, and the confidence to keep going. If it turns out you need more time, we can build from there. I do offer 1.5hr sessions too.

“Do I need to be “techy” to book a Power Hour?”
Not at all. These sessions are designed for real humans, not IT pros. Whether you’re tech-shy, neurodivergent, or just overwhelmed, I’ll meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels right.

“What if I’m not sure which Power Hour is right for me?”
No problem. Just get in touch or choose “Pick Your Power Hour” and we’ll figure it out together. There’s no pressure to know all the answers. That’s what I’m here for.

“Can we screen share or work on my actual tools?”
Yes! Depending on what we’re working on, it will probably work best if we can work live in your systems. Don’t worry, I’ll manage that side of things through a secure platform!

“Will I get notes or a summary afterwards?”
If you’re happy with me using Otter (transcription tool), I can send a summary of what we covered, including next steps or useful follow ups so that our session will be useful beyond the hour.
